
Meg Montagnino-Jarrett is the Director of the Massachusetts Film Office. Previously, she held the role as Film Liaison for the Cape Ann area of Massachusetts, playing a pivotal role in developing the region’s film industry. A film producer and media veteran of the motion picture industry, she brings over three decades of experience to her current role. Montagnino-Jarrett joined the film office in December 2023, and since has overseen AMC Episodic TV “Walking Dead: Dead City S2 & 3, features , ”Barry Jenkin’s “Sorry, Baby,” A24’s “The Drama” and “Tony,”, Apple TV episodic “Widow’s Bay” and other current productions. Her impressive credits include iconic films like Good Will Hunting and The Departed. Montagnino-Jarrett holds a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University.

Jonathan Starch has had a long career in film and television production as a Producer and as an Assistant Director across commercials, music videos, independent and studio feature films, network pilots, documentaries, streaming series and prime-time episodic television, including over 150 episodes in the “Law & Order” franchise. His latest project has been producing the Boston Unit for the CBS prime-time drama BOSTON BLUE, which has just completed its Season 1 and preparing for Season 2. He is a member of the Directors Guild of America, holds a BFA from New York University, and has served as affiliated faculty at Emerson College in Boston. He lives in Jamaica Plain with his husband where they spend time fixing up their wonderful old house.
